Two days after Stripe introduced the Machine Payments Protocol, Forbes covered the broader shift toward machine-to-machine commerce and included PostalForm among the real businesses already showing what the pattern can support.
The useful part of that mention is not just the brand name. It is the category fit. PostalForm turns an agent-created request into an operational outcome: a document is rendered, paid for, printed, and mailed.
Why the Forbes mention matters
Agentic commerce can sound abstract when the examples are only API calls or data access. Postal mail makes the boundary clear. The agent’s request leads to work in the physical world.
That is the broader point Forbes was making about MPP: commerce is starting to support customers that are not browsing pricing pages, filling forms by hand, or clicking checkout buttons in the traditional way.
For PostalForm, the mention reinforced the same product direction we had already been building toward:
