PostalForm started as a simple way to turn a document into physical mail in the United States. That is still the core workflow, but many people who need real mail do not think in one-country boundaries: they are sending forms, notices, family paperwork, compliance letters, or customer documents across borders.
We expanded PostalForm’s supported mailing destinations and added multilingual site support so more customers can prepare, preview, and send mail in the language and country context that fits the recipient.
Supported mailing countries
PostalForm now supports mailing to these destination countries:
- United States
- Canada
- Austria
- Belgium
- Switzerland
- Germany
- France
- United Kingdom
- India
- Luxembourg
- Netherlands
For eligible international letters, PostalForm can route through local-print infrastructure in Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, India, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. Fast international mail is available for eligible letters to Austria, Switzerland, Germany, the United Kingdom, India, and the Netherlands. Registered or proof-style international routes are available where eligible for Belgium, Switzerland, and France.
As with any physical-mail product, available options still depend on the document, page count, mail class, sender address, recipient address, and provider eligibility at the time of sending. PostalForm handles that routing decision during quoting instead of asking customers to choose a print provider directly.
Localized language support
PostalForm also added multilingual support across the site for these language families:
- English
- Spanish / Español
- French / Français
- German / Deutsch
- Dutch / Nederlands
- Italian / Italiano
- Hindi / हिन्दी
- Luxembourgish / Lëtzebuergesch
- Romansh / Rumantsch
Those languages map to country-specific locale options so the interface can use the right regional phrasing where available:
- United States: English (US), Spanish (US)
- Canada: English (Canada), French (Canada)
- Austria: German (Austria)
- Belgium: Dutch (Belgium), French (Belgium), German (Belgium)
- Switzerland: German (Switzerland), French (Switzerland), Italian (Switzerland), Romansh (Switzerland)
- Germany: German (Germany)
- France: French (France)
- United Kingdom: English (UK)
- India: English (India), Hindi (India)
- Luxembourg: Luxembourgish (Luxembourg), French (Luxembourg), German (Luxembourg)
- Netherlands: Dutch (Netherlands)
Why it matters
Mailing internationally usually creates two separate kinds of friction. First, the mailing product needs a real fulfillment path for the destination. Second, the customer needs to understand the workflow well enough to trust that the document, address, and delivery option are set up correctly.
Adding country-aware routing and multilingual support moves both parts forward. Customers can see PostalForm in a more familiar language, and the product can quote eligible international mail without exposing provider-specific complexity.
